Spacious and comfortable rooms with modern furnishings and smart parquet floors. The beds were so cozy, it felt like sleeping on a cloud.

The room was large, confortable and very clean. The bathroom was well appointed and very clean also.

The hotel occupies only the second floor of the building. In order to avoid street noise, we stayed in the interior and the room was very dark.

unfortunately no one spoke english, and we got in a muddle with the car parking, so a bit of a nightmare, you are past the car park before the hotel, no bar facilities breakfast basic. bathroom in one of our rooms was so tight you could not get in the door without it banging the toilet.

The lounge at this hotel had a great ambiance, perfect for enjoying the continental breakfast. It felt like stepping into a cozy cafe, with a spacious seating area that made me feel right at home. A delicious way to start the day!

Convenient location, comfortable, clean, no frills

Clean and comfortable room , hotel staff friendly and helpful. One important bonus when visiting a Spanish city was the availability of on site parking. Right in the centre of the modern part of Cuenca, but still a relatively easy walk or bus ride to the old town

Convenient location near attractions and a grocery store. Helpful and pleasant staff. Secure underground parking available. Clean rooms with comfortable beds.

Friendly and efficient receptionist made the check-in process smooth and enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the historical part of the city. The one-night stay served its purpose well.

The historic centre is beautiful. All around Cuenca there is fantastic natural scenery too - cliffs, gorges, rivers. Most bars serve free tapas with every round of drinks! And with the new high-speed train link, Madrid is only 50 minutes away.

The room was renewed, spacious and very clean. Very good value for money.

The bathroom was a bit small but it's not a problem for a short stay.

Clean room, wonderful shower, close to old town, friendly front desk staff, helpful with local information.

Nothing, it is perfect.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Parking is available at the hotel at a reasonable price. The hotel was recently revonated.

Rooms not very well insulated so noises from other guests and piping can be heard. The water pressure was low and we needed to wait for the hot water to arrive. The staff was unpolite and we didn't really feel like welcomed guests. Although breakfast is served until 10:30 arriving there a few minutes before is not acceptable according to hotel rules.

The location was excellent and with garage facilities on site. Simply decorated and clean. Value for money.

Reception had no map on town. We were not given details of times nor costs of breakfast. So didn't have breakfast at hotel. Access to garage a bit tricky in 4x4 but was possible. Outside appearace not very appealing.

Convenient location, friendly staff, and comfortable room with good amenities. The hotel was very close to the city center and within walking distance to a variety of bars and restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and eager to help. The room was clean and had everything I needed, including toiletries and a TV with an HDMI connection.

Can't fault the property in any way.

Ok, but no frills, Convenient if you want something close to the train and bus stations. Less so if you want to be close the old town.
